Q: How do I place an order?

A: When you have chosen the product which you would like to have, then please click on the Buy Now button. Your item will be added to your Basket and you will then be redirected to the basket where you can click the Continue Shopping button to carry on browsing our other items in our shop, or you can proceed to checkout by clicking the Proceed to Checkout, Check out with PayPal or Pay with Amazon button and pay for your item(s).

Q:  What are the forms of payment?

A: We accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, & Debit/Credit card payments.

Q:  What Countries do you deliver to?

A: We deliver to the whole of the United Kingdom (UK) and also some parts of Europe.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom (UK).

Q:  How much is the delivery charge and when will my order arrive?

A: We normally process all orders within 1 working day. Delivery charge for UK delivery is £1.99 per order and it should arrive in 2-3 working days. Delivery charge for European delivery is £4.99 per order and it should arrive in 5-7 working days.

Q:  My item arrived damaged! What are my options?

A: In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or incomplete, please contact us withing 7 days of receiving the package. You will be entitled to a full refund, replacement item or voucher at no extra charge. The return delivery cost is non-refundable.
